How do you accept payment?

We are now utilizing paypal.com to securely process your online payments. We find it to be more cost effective (saving you money because of less overhead), and you have your choice of paying by check or credit card.  Of course, you're still able to print your order, and send a check via the U.S. Postal Service to our company, if you so desire.

What is your refund policy?

Our company offers refunds within 30 days of receipt of product.  Customers can replace damaged product, or get a refund equal to the amount of their purchase.

How do you ship your products?

 Merchandise is shipped via United States Postal Service, unless otherwise noted or arranged.

What is your shipping policy?

Products are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.  If that day falls on a holiday, merchandise will be shipped on the next scheduled shipping day.  Customer will be notified if there is a delay.

Will all my items come in the same box?

We make every effort to keep your order together in the same box.  If that is not possible, customer will be notified as to how many parcels they may expect, and the dates that they were shipped.
