We find it to be more cost effective (saving you money because of less overhead), and you have your choice of paying by check or credit card. Of course, you're still able to print your order, and send a check via the U.S. Postal Service to our company, if you so desire. | |

What is your refund policy?
| Our company offers refunds within 30 days of receipt of product. Customers can replace damaged product, or get a refund equal to the amount of their purchase. | |

What is your shipping policy?
| Products are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. If that day falls on a holiday, merchandise will be shipped on the next scheduled shipping day. Customer will be notified if there is a delay. | |
